My Review: This is a new author for me. I love paranormal romance books. I always enjoy erotic elements within the story itself. Owen and Connor are dragon shifters who find themselves in the middle of twisted lies, murder while Connor falls in love with a new female dragon who has come to their clan home grounds.

The plot is well thought out and I enjoyed the twist but it isn't completed within this part of the book. You find out at the end that it carries onward to another book along with a surprise coming Owens way in the near future. I don't mind cliffhangers to an extent because I am left wanting to know more about the resolution of the main conflict the brothers have with other characters but at the same time this isn't always a guarantee that the reader will continue on with the story.

While I also liked the story I am a reader who loves to delve into the characters and truly get to know them, their motives, desires and what truly makes them tick and I found this to be lacking. While villains aren't something to be liked or sought after as a favorite character I would like to know a lot more about Aiden. And if you are going to set the story in a particular part of the world where the language is spoken differently or with an accent then remain true to that. Even though it is a modern day love story you have to have characters remain true to their heritage.
