Well when the show first aired I stated I wasn't thrilled about it, and I wasn't. It was a disappointment to me. The new director of the show started it off slow and just wasn't the same as if Kurt Sutter had been in the drivers seat.
But I have to amend my statement. The show has definitely picked up since episode 3. Plus I also watched an interview with Kurt Sutter on the makings of the Mayans and why he is producing it but not directing it. made a lot more sense of the show for me.
EZ the poor guy is caught in the middle of everyone's shit. He has loyalties to the club, to his family, his brother, the woman he loves but no longer belongs to him. Everyone is hiding secrets even other members of his club.
Marcus has been showing up more and I am wondering if it will fall to him to straightened out this branch.
Don't get me wrong I will always be an SOA
fan but comparing the tactics, brutality, and under mindedness of the Mexican way of doing things it kinda makes the SOA look like amateurs. They are the school girls of the playground.
