The Bridge

I took a deep breath as I stepped closer to what felt like my doom. It was the same dream every night. I always ended up here at the bridge but until now never dared to have to courage to walk across. Maybe I was just giving into the inevitable. Maybe I was tired of it never ending night after night. Either way I knew I had no choice.

Not Alone

There was a picture in my phone of me sleeping. I live alone.

Frantically, I looked around to see who was in my house. But each room I went to showed no signs of any other living, breathing person except for myself.

So how in the hell was this picture taken of me? I have heard of sleep walking but this was not a case of sleep walking. I felt the hairs on the back of my neck rise as I slowly turned towards the window in the bedroom. I felt the chill all the way to my bones. All I could do was tremble in fear.

Now You See Me 2

Another movie that came out this year. I saw the 1st one and really enjoyed it and I am not a big magic trick fan. But for one I absolutely love Morgan Freeman. Now I saw commercials for this one and Daniel Radcliffe comes off as sort of the idiot in the movie. I was extremely skeptical about his role in this film because I have seen him in another one and he just isn't a great actor. But I was surprised with his role and acting in this one. It didn't take away from it at all. This movie goes into the characters history in this movie and especially where Morgan is concerned. I loved this movie and when I get the chance I will be adding both 1 & 2 to the collection.

The Witch

The movie came out this year. I like horror movies and this one looked as if it would have a new twist on an old plot. Sadly, that wasn't the case.

It is about a family who gets banished from their village during the early settlement days. They find a place to settle and nothing good comes from it. In the beginning we see the witch in the woods kidnap a child. The mother of course is beside herself with grief.

They are what I would consider boarding on being religious fanatics. The younger children start acting up and more bad things happen.

The oldest daughter is accused of witchcraft. They bring in one of the oldest cliches in the book, a goat as the devil. But by this time you are already half way through or better, you're watching cause you hope it gets better but it never does.

The best part about this movie is the commericals and trailers for it. I was glad I didnt actually waste money on buying it or I would have demanded my money back.
